Jerry Dubay brings leadership experience developed through demanding operational assignments, executive-level responsibility, corporate environments, facilitation, and coaching. Folders Reach was created from a simple belief: organizations and communities should not wait years to recognize capable people, and leadership development should not be reduced to generic content that never changes.
His approach is candid, practical, adaptive, and centered on creating experiences that people can use after the session ends.
Community vision

Folders Reach is developing a wider community mission focused on recognizing character, initiative, and leadership potential in young people and early-career professionals. Over time, the vision is to connect selected individuals with development opportunities, community partners, and veteran-led leadership support.
